The staff were extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. Even though they had confirmed our room, they refused to give it to us when we arrived and tried to charge us more for a room at another hotel. Avoid this place.

My partner and I felt so uncomfortable that we couldn't even enjoy dinner in the room. Cockroaches were crawling everywhere, and the whole stay was disgusting. The drawer was broken, the sheets were dirty, the jet spray barely worked, and after a few hours the toilet stopped flushing. When we raised problems, the staff just nodded and said nothing. It was a terrible experience, and for a stay of two or three days I'd find somewhere better. I booked after seeing the five-star ratings and positive comments, but my experience was the complete opposite. Those reviews look fake to me, as if they were posted by the hotel's own people.

The rooms were awful, with rude staff and bad service. There were bedbugs and cockroaches, and the ceiling was badly damaged, with everything broken.

The washroom was clean, but the room was only okay and much smaller than the 180 sq. ft. they claimed. I also had a lot of trouble with the internet, and the mobile network was very poor. I booked expecting to check in around 10 am before heading to an event, but they said no room was available. A few hours later I called again to ask for an early check-in. The bedding looked like it hadn't been changed for months, and repeated requests didn't get it changed. Breakfast and coffee took several reminders, and on my last day they still didn't bring the coffee after three reminders. They also billed me incorrectly, though they adjusted it after I complained.
