Goldfinch Hotel Mumbai

The bathroom flooded at 1 AM because both the shower and basin were clogged. I had to clean it myself, and no one helped. I also couldn't get any sleep because the supposed soundproofing didn't block the next-room guest's snoring, and the room lacked basic amenities. At breakfast, they said they didn't even have cups when I asked for takeaway coffee. My request to have the twin beds joined was ignored despite several reminders, even until midnight. The staff were completely irresponsible. For the price, the service and facilities were cheap quality. There was no comfort, service, or professionalism, just frustration. Calling The Goldfinch Hotel Andheri a 4-star hotel is a joke. This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life, and the rates feel like a scam dressed up as luxury. Don't stay here; save your money and peace of mind.

After 20 days, the hotel had started to feel like home. Seeing the same familiar people each day made for a warm atmosphere, and I'd recommend staying here. I was picked up at the airport and got a lovely welcome. When I explained I was staying a long time, Paaji patiently went over the hotel instructions and walked me to my room. It was clean and well kept, the housekeeping team were friendly and helpful, and both the food and the tidy, well-maintained swimming pool were great.

Sany, the manager, made us feel looked after, checking that everything at our table was right and going out of his way to make us comfortable. His professionalism and genuine hospitality really stood out. At Banjara Restaurant, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, good for family gatherings or a casual visit. The food was delicious, with authentic flavors and lovely presentation across the dishes. Great food, service, and ambience together. I highly recommend it, and Sany is fantastic.

On 31 Dec 2025, I celebrated New Year at Goldfinch hotel and had an amazing time. The ₹4000 price included a lavish buffet with veg and non-veg options, plus unlimited drinks. I danced to the DJ all night, which made it memorable. I'd definitely recommend the hotel for a New Year celebration.
