Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel & Residences

The exterior is excellent, and inside it's cozy, spacious, spotless, and well designed. Rooms are well appointed, housekeeping is the best, and hospitality is excellent despite the number of rooms. Breakfast and dining were excellent too. It was very peaceful even with lots of events happening in the halls. The staff are courteous, and there's a very good swimming pool, gym, and spa. Excellent overall 👌

The room was spotless and spacious, with very comfortable beds and a lovely patio looking over the beautiful garden. Staff went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble, and we really appreciated being allowed an early check-in for the club rooms. Breakfast in the club lounge was perfectly made, with something for everyone and stations for made-to-order items. We didn't get to try happy hour or afternoon tea, but food, drinks, and snacks were available throughout the day, with comfortable places to sit. We hope to book a longer stay next time. Highly recommend for a high-standard, luxurious visit.

I went to a large event at this Hyatt and had a great time. The dedicated hall worked well for a big gathering, with a large screen and full control over sound and lighting, which really helped the event. The food was excellent and well organized, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful throughout, and the service was professional. A very well-run hotel and a great event venue.
