The room was decent, but the phone and TV remote didn’t work. The staff weren’t friendly, just moody.

Hotel Ahad has decent interiors, quilts, and ACs, and the building seems to have had solid investment. It could be a good place, but the maintenance is badly lacking. My first room had small cockroaches, so I had to move. The next room wasn’t properly cleaned, especially after I added another day to my stay. Room service was awful. I even had to get water from a tap myself. The staff didn’t seem to have basic hospitality skills and handled my concerns poorly. The place has potential, but it’s managed badly.

The rooms were the worst, with insects and pests everywhere and unhygienic conditions.

The staff behaved well, but I was told there’d be Wi-Fi and a TV in the room. After we checked in, the TV didn’t work. Reception said it was switched off because they don’t recharge it. They only cleaned once in three days, and I’d consider it risky to stay here with family. My side 10/04 point.

The location was very poor, and the room was so tiny there was barely space to move. It was dusty, smelled unpleasant, and the sheets were unclean. When I asked for basic help, like clean towels or directions, the staff were rude and unhelpful. One of my more disappointing hotel stays. I wouldn’t recommend it or come back.
