The rooms are spacious, and there are plenty of food places within about 50 metres. It’s also close to the airport. Two staff members, Mr Paul and Annu Singh, were very helpful. Service was horrible, though. There’s no in-house kitchen, and even getting morning tea feels like a task. Construction seems to be ongoing, which makes walking around a headache.

I felt very unsafe here. The room had exposed electrical points and lots of wires hanging out, and the windows wouldn’t open and had no locks. It wasn’t clean either. There’s no phone service in the room, so you have to go all the way to reception for help. Breakfast was bad too. It wasn’t worth the price. The photos make the hotel look premium, but it looks totally different in person.

The lobby and reception look good, but the rooms don’t live up to the name of a suite. The old furniture, including the bed and sofa, is broken, and the rooms feel like a guest house in terms of comfort. It’s just a good name, not value for money. Don’t go there.

Mr. Paul, the hotel manager, really stood out. He went out of his way to meet my needs, and I could tell he genuinely cared about guests having a positive stay. The rest of the staff were helpful too, professional and attentive from check-in through check-out. Bollywood Design Hotel is in a central, convenient location, whether you’re there for business or leisure. I had a nice stay overall.
