Capital O 29025 Hotel Seven Olive

The room was very spacious and clean, and so was the bathroom. The toiletries were good quality. Breakfast tasted good, but there wasn’t much variety or quantity. When we asked for more, staff said they were making it, but it took so long that we left.

The location is shabby, with no shops or restaurants nearby. It’s a new property, but the staff still need better training and the place needs more upkeep. Food options are limited, and getting a cab or auto is difficult. Saki Naka Metro station is just 600 metres ahead, and there are better properties there.

The room wasn’t cleaned unless I asked, and the TV had no recharge card. They called it free breakfast, but it was just a vada pav bought outside and served on a plate. There was no drinking water unless you paid, and mosquitoes, cockroaches on the bed, and lizards in the bathroom made the stay miserable. Staff behavior was very unprofessional. Fab hotel was a terrible choice, and I won’t return. I’ll choose MMT next time.

The room with an extra small bed worked well for my parents and me for a night. It was neat and clean, and very close to the international airport. The immediate surroundings weren’t great, though, and I found it a bit on the expensive side.
