The staff were polite and pleasant, which made the place feel welcoming, but the stay was pretty average. There's no food service, a major drawback if you expect a more complete stay. The rooms aren't maintained well, and the poorly painted walls make them look dull. Despite being a hotel, it doesn't feel premium, more like a standard budget stay. Fine for a short or affordable visit, but not a good fit if you're looking for comfort and a premium feel.
There are plenty of affordable places to eat nearby, and the railway and monorail stations are close enough to walk to. The staff were helpful and quick to assist. Good value, especially if you're visiting with family.
The rooms were clean and tidy, though they weren't really to my taste, and room sizes and toilets vary. Staff were excellent, and the railway station and market are nearby. There's no lift, even to the upper floors, so you'll get some exercise on the stairs. Watch your head between the ground and first floors, and take care on the last step down, as it can be slippery. For what I paid, it was an average, decent place, though there may be better choices in Mumbai for the same price or a little more. It seems suited to men staying alone, but I wouldn't recommend it for a family.
The location is handy for the local train station and nearby eateries. The rooms are very good, and I had an ecstatic feeling staying here. Do come and stay.
There isn't a restaurant in the hotel, but there are plenty of food places around the corner. The room service was great, and I liked the professional approach. The location is very good.
