There were mice running above the room all night, and loads of insects inside. The Wi-Fi was switched off too. The room was tiny and poorly maintained, with a broken washroom tap that the manager didn’t fix even after I asked. There was also a broken chair and hotel appliances taking up the storage area, which weren’t removed when I requested the space. The price was too high for such poor service, and it’s not suitable for families. Don’t order food or water from the hotel, both are expensive. Buy them outside instead.

We’ve never booked a worse hotel. The staff showed no respect and didn’t respond. I can’t speak for the day staff, but the night staff were terrible. I’d never recommend it.

Please don’t visit this property. The rooms were extremely dirty, the staff were awful and wouldn’t respond, and the bedsheets weren’t clean. There were cockroaches in the rooms, and the pillow covers didn’t seem to get changed for months.

I stayed with my family for a week, but they wouldn’t let our relatives spend time with us, which defeats the point of staying as a family. This feels more like a couples’ hotel. The staff were rude and uncooperative, and I found cockroaches in my room.

The rooms cost far too much for the facilities provided, and both the staff and service were terrible. I wouldn’t go to hotels like this.
