We paid ₹1300 for just 5 hours, and the experience came nowhere close to being worth that price. The hotel was overpriced and poorly maintained, in an area that felt uncomfortable for travellers. I wouldn't recommend it and strongly suggest looking for better nearby options. The surroundings felt extremely cheap and uncomfortable, with no basic civil sense among the people around the property. From the moment I arrived, the area didn't seem safe or suitable for anyone looking for a decent stay. The room was poorly cleaned, and there was even a rat on the rooftop, which is unacceptable. The AC wasn't working at all, making the stay extremely uncomfortable in Mumbai's weather. One of the worst hotel experiences of my life at Hotel Havana in Naka Saki, Mumbai.

I come here every month for work. The rooms are small but clean and budget-friendly, and it works for families too. It's handy for the metro and nearby restaurants, and the staff are very kind with good service.
