I booked one night at Hill Park in Mumbai through MyTravaly on 23/12/2025 and paid upfront. They sent me confirmation, then sent the confirmation OTP just one day ago. When I arrived, the owner said he hadn't received the money, and showed me emails to prove it. I couldn't find any email either. I called MyTravaly and they promised to send the money, but the owner still hadn't received anything. Since I needed a place to stay, I had to pay in cash. This is a warning. I lost money and was cheated over the booking. I'll keep posting this so other travellers aren't affected. MYTRAVALY IS A FRAUD WEBSITE.

The staff were nice, and the food was delicious. The room's washroom could've been in better shape, though, and there were mosquitoes everywhere, maybe because the hotel is on a small hill. It was pocket friendly, with a nice rate and comfortable travel. Parking a four-wheeler is difficult.

The location was the only good thing about this shabby place. The rooms weren't up to the mark and looked worse than the photos on various stay portals. While I was heading out for personal business with plenty of time before checkout, reception insisted I hand over my keys. That seemed strange. I would never stay here again.
