The location was good, but the service felt average for the price. I’d called as soon as I landed, yet my room wasn’t ready and took an hour to prepare. I’d booked a double bed but was given a room with two singles. Food is included in the charges, but there’s no room service, so you can’t order anything beyond the buffet, which runs at set times. Overall, an average experience.

The food selection was very limited and the quality wasn’t up to the mark. The espresso machine had no milk. The dining area also isn’t suitable for families of more than four, and the serving staff weren’t cooperative.

The staff are the real asset here. Mr Ramesh and Mr Deepak in the restaurant were amazing, and after trying the food on different occasions I asked the chef’s name. It was Mr Swapnil, and the food tasted so good. My stay was awesome, with a very neat room and helpful staff. New customers, trust me, stay at this wonderful hotel and you’ll thank me. Regards, Karthik

The food was delicious, really delicious. The rooms are very clean and well maintained, and the whole team is doing a beautiful job. Must meet Mr Ramesh, Mr Manoj, and Mr Animesh. A really great place.

I stayed for three days and found the food, cleanliness, service, and staff behavior very good. Ramesh bhai at reception was especially helpful. I arrived at 11:30 am, before the 2 pm check-in, and he gave me a room early without charging extra. They also allowed a one-hour late checkout. The staff are humble and professional. I recommend it for family or business stays. They call it a 3 star hotel, but to me it’s far better than other big names in Mumbai.
