The hotel’s older, but clean and welcoming, and the staff were wonderful. They were so helpful that I can’t think of anything they wouldn’t do for you. We enjoyed the range of Asian and Indian dishes available through evening room service, and breakfast had good choices too. We stayed in a spacious, comfortable suite, which was much larger than the standard rooms. We also spent one night in an executive room that had recently been modernised and was very nice. The crisp sheets, changed daily, were a real highlight. One disappointment was that the coffee machine advertised for our suite was broken and wasn’t replaced. The kitchen offered to make us coffee, but it took a long time. There was also daytime construction next to Starbucks, and it could be noisy. For a three-star hotel, Hotel BAWA Continental deserves a good review.

Being in such a central area made it easy to get around, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The staff were fantastic, with a special mention for Glen, whose service helped make our stay memorable. We had an amazing time here. If you want a great place to stay, this is definitely it. Thanks to everyone for the hospitality and for everything! Room 203

The location suited us well for an overnight stop, with the airport not too far away and a couple of bars along the road overlooking jehu beach. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, offered much better value than the one across the road, and had friendly, helpful staff.

The rooms, food, atmosphere, and staff all came together for a wonderful, unforgettable stay. From reception onward, the service was memorable, and Glen helped wherever he could. I’ve stayed at a five-star hotel right on the beach before, but this time I booked Bawa Continental, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Mumbai, whatever the reason. It deserves a seven-star rating if that were possible. From now on, whenever I come to Mumabi, I’ll stay at Bawa Continental. See you soon, Team Bawa Continental. My husband and I have stayed here twice before, and the good location and friendly, helpful staff made us feel welcome again.
