For a quick work trip, the cramped room was still okay for the price, and it's especially handy if you're in town for a cricket match at Wankhede Stadium. The location is the big draw: right by Wankhede, very close to a local train station, within walking distance of Marine Drive, and about 1 km from a metro station. The building is shabby, though, and the hotel is on the third floor. There's a lift, but it's so slow you might get up the three flights of stairs faster. Fine for one or two nights.

We booked two rooms and got none. This place feels like a scam. When we tried to explain, the staff were very rude and sent us to another hotel that we couldn't even find on Google Maps. We're looking for feedback, thank you.

After I posted an honest review of hotel marine lines, someone called back and spoke to me very rudely. They directly asked, "Are you stupid, why did you give a review like this?" Is that any way to treat a customer? There are no rules or manners here. I'm extremely dissatisfied.

The night receptionist was very nice, but the morning one was terrible. Bad service and behaviour, and the receptionist used inappropriate language. It was really bad. Please, I want feedback.

The room was clean and had hot and cold water, a shower, and a smart TV. Staff were very polite, and the service and room were nice for the price. It's near Church gate station.
