Hotel Sea Princess

The quiet, safe feel of the place made it welcoming to come back to after a day out. I found the staff courteous, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile, and housekeeping was quick and attentive. I stayed at Hotel Princess, Room no 514 Juhu last month. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Being close to Juhu Beach and easy to get around from made the location convenient. It was a pleasant, stress-free stay, and I'd happily return and recommend Hotel Princess to people visiting Mumbai.

Breakfast was amazing, with lots of choice and really good quality. Our room was spotless and comfortable, too. The staff were brilliant throughout, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. We felt well looked after and would gladly stay again. Highly recommended.

The price was premium, but the room we were given was awful. It had a constant damp smell, and the maintenance and hygiene seemed very poor. I have pictures of the room, but there was no option to post them. Complaints went nowhere, and the management and hospitality team were very rude. When we raised concerns, we were told, “If you want to stay, check in. Otherwise, you can leave.” The food was below average, and I fell ill after the stay, which left me worried about food hygiene and safety. For what they charge, this service wasn't acceptable. I wouldn't recommend booking here, and there are better options in Juhu. I wish the rating allowed negative stars. Please don't rely on the earlier reviews. This place wasn't worth the money.

We paid extra for an ocean-facing room and got the view, but also a lot of noise into the early morning hours. During our Christmas and New Year's stay, parties on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve went on until 5 a.m. There were weddings every day, with music blasting during the day as well. When we complained, the front desk person and manager walked away from us, twice. At breakfast, staff asked for our room number two or three times, as if making sure we weren't eating for free mattered most. We also couldn't charge things to our room and had to deposit cash at checkout. They didn't seem keen to return it, and it took 20 minutes. We're not staying there again.
