Hotel National

We left after less than three hours. My son and I checked in, went up to the room, and saw how bad things were almost immediately. The sheets were dirty, the bed was rock hard, the floor was filthy, and the room was ridiculously small and poorly maintained. The AC was ancient and barely worked. Cheap-looking marbling is the only thing that makes the room seem remotely acceptable. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and inappropriate. One person stared my son up and down, which made us extremely uncomfortable. There was no respect or professionalism, and that alone should get the place shut down. The area also felt very dodgy and unsafe, especially for a family. This hotel is a disgrace. It was unbearable, a waste of time and money, and shouldn't be operating. Stay away if you don't want dirty rooms, rude staff, and to feel unsafe. The positive reviews must be fake or bought, because no sane person would rate it well.

The location is great, and the rooms are okay, but the service is really poor. They don't even clean the rooms or towels. If you book here, bring your own toiletries and towel. I'd also recommend bringing a bedsheet.

I stayed for four days over the weekend and found the hotel very safe, especially for women traveling alone. The staff were professional, courteous, and helpful the whole time. It was an excellent experience, with top-notch service.

What would bring me back is the staff. They were really friendly and helpful, especially Mr. JB at reception, who was very kind. The location was amazing and the hotel itself was nice too. I'd recommend visiting.
