The manager was rude and unprofessional, and after checkout he refused to give me a final bill because I had booked online. That excuse made no sense to me. I later stayed at Hotel Plaza using the same online platform and got my final bill without any trouble. I don't know what his issue was. The room itself was spacious and seemed decent at first, but there were too many cockroaches, the linen was old, and the bedsheet had visible stains. The poor hygiene and the manager's behavior ruined the stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Safety felt like a concern, with reports of guests being scammed. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and they tried to charge me extra even though my booking was confirmed. Hotel Neelkamal felt more like a lodge than a proper hotel, with limited facilities and poor maintenance. The rooms were dirty, the sheets stained, and there was a foul smell. I had a terrible stay and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The atmosphere at Hotel Neelkamal felt warm and inviting, mixing modern elegance with traditional charm. I felt like part of the family because every staff member was friendly and genuinely caring. They were attentive and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring Mumbai, near major attractions and places to eat. My stay was truly memorable, an experience I'll cherish for a lifetime.
