The staff were polite, friendly, and cooperative, and the service was better than expected, though it could still improve. The rooms lack proper ventilation. There’s no drinking water or in-house kitchen, so bring your own bottle, food, and cutlery. Outside restaurants are right beside the hotel, but there are no plates, bowls, or spoons available.

We arrived to find they wouldn’t give one room to two men and one woman, even though that restriction wasn’t listed on OYO. OYO’s customer support was no help either. We’d booked for two days, but the next morning staff insisted it was only for one day and harassed us without checking their records. The location felt shady, the rooms had no windows or ventilation, the AC didn’t work, and they couldn’t even provide water. The worst hotel experience in Mumbai.

Hotel Pride Suite was a lovely place to stay. Getting around was easy from its convenient location, and the friendly staff made me feel at home. I’d happily recommend it.

For a stay at BKC, this place was affordable and the staff were quick to help, serving guests with real care. Mr. Atabur Rehman was especially hardworking and honest. There are plenty of food outlets around the hotel.

The staff were good, and the rooms were okay if you’re out of options. But the location was horrible, and I wouldn’t say this place is suitable for families.
