They confirmed our booking, but when we arrived late at night with family, they suddenly demanded more money. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, with no respect for guests and no clear pricing. It felt like they trap families at night when they have no other option. The place seems unsafe, dishonest, and purely focused on money. Never trust this hotel. Save yourself and your family from this fraud.

The room was neat and clean, but the location was in a dangerous area.

Hotel Qamar in Chinchbunder is close to popular spots like Mohammed Ali Road and Crawford Market. It’s a budget-friendly stay in a central location, with basic but clean, comfortable rooms and staff who are really friendly and helpful.

The place was very unclean and felt unsettling. The staff and manager were so rude. I think there may be some hidden things going on, so don’t go, guys. Be really careful with hotels like this 😡😡
