The biggest drawback is the lack of ventilation in the pod area and washrooms. Otherwise, Qubestay worked well for us, and the staff were quick to help with requests. The cafeteria and open area serve decent food, with breakfast included. The capsules come in Economical, Business and First categories, like flight cabins, and the pods felt well maintained, high-tech and safe. A neat, affordable place to crash for a night, and it could work for a full-day stay too.

I’ve been coming here regularly for the past four years and still haven’t had a complaint. It’s close to Sakinaka Metro station and the airport, with the everyday amenities you need. The staff and manager are helpful and cooperative, and the food is good. When customers suggest changes, management approval is followed by quick implementation. Worth the stay and the money.

I stayed for more than 10 days and found the staff very professional. The hotel was neat and clean, affordable, and the staff were polite, especially Supervisor Ahmed Ali.

I spent my first few days in the 1st class capsule, which is dormitory-style but not quite like a regular dorm. It was comfortable and had enough room for me. For my final day I tried the business class capsule, and liked that even more. Both were reasonably priced. One of the best places I’ve stayed in Mumbai.

The rooms are clean, though some fixtures are loose. There’s an energetic feel, but the lobby can get noisy. The spa is average and could be better organized. Support responds when contacted, but takes a while to sort things out.
