If you don't want to be left without water, avoid this hotel. The service was so poor that Jignesh Patel was going “Water Water” like a camel in the desert. We called room service and nobody showed up. Maybe they had gone off to find water themselves. We couldn't even get basic drinking water. If you want to make an enemy miserable, leave them here.
An unhygienic place with untrained staff and rooms that aren't clean. I won't visit again.
I stayed for two days and thought it was good value for money. The rooms were well kept and the staff very courteous. There's an attached restaurant and bar, and room service is available. The hotel is right by Malad railway station on the east, near daftary road.
Mr. Bhosle, one of the hotel's longest-serving staff members, made my stay comfortable. His dedication to his work and care for customers were something I hadn't experienced before, and were unmatched.
The room was dirty and had no hot water. It wasn't ready at check-in, so they kept us waiting for an hour, yet they kept nagging us to check out before our time. Service was poor, the charges were too high, and card payment wasn't available. A bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.
