I'm writing this on my first day here. I'm a merchant navy officer and stay in hotels regularly. The room smelled really bad. I complained at check-in, but they didn't offer another option. The housekeeping staff are good, but no one answered when I called at 6 a.m. I called reception, and they brought water only after my second call, 30 minutes later. Dinner was included and breakfast was complimentary, but dinner was a fixed buffet with very little choice for vegetarians. The food was oily and spicy. When I complained, the manager said it was what the public wanted. I'll update this on my last day.

We had a memorable stay near juhu beach. The area has food and shopping hubs, and linking road. The service was excellent.

Cockroaches were crawling everywhere, and the rooms were dirty. There was no breakfast. This is just a lodge, not a hotel.

The staff were really friendly and always willing to help. The place was neat and tidy, and you get what you pay for. The lift is tiny, though. It fits two people without luggage, or one person with a little luggage.

For this budget and area, it's a great deal. The manager and staff were cooperative. Mr. Shambhu and Mr. Ramsingh are managers, and both gave us guidance about the surroundings and suggested suitable options. I had a very nice stay.
