InterContinental Marine Drive Mumbai by IHG

The room was clean, thoughtfully laid out, and had everything I needed to relax. A comfortable bed, quick room service, and a peaceful atmosphere all helped make the stay memorable. From the warm, inviting ambience to the smooth check-in, the whole property seemed attentive to detail and service. The staff welcomed me with genuine hospitality and made me feel valued right away. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and quality.

The rooftop Dome, an open-air bar, was the highlight for me, with a breathtaking panoramic view of Marine Drive. The staff were warm, professional, and amazing. The hotel's in one of the best areas, and I loved the place. IHG is a superb global brand, and this property shows it well.

We celebrated our second anniversary here, and it was an experience to remember. The hotel is in an iconic spot on Marine drive, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating that they even arranged a cake for us. Our suite overlooked the sea and had gorgeous, spacious rooms. The building is old, and we had some trouble with the sockets, but the staff helped right away. The only downside was the pool, which got cold during the day because of the weather and wasn't temperature controlled.

We loved SoBo20, even though we weren't sure what to expect from the French/American South idea. The craft cocktails and small plates were great, and breakfast had plenty to choose from, including eggs and Indian dishes made to order. The staff made us feel welcome from the start. We were greeted by name at the front desk, and everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Marine Drive is right there, with its waterfront promenade, and the main sights are easy to reach on foot or by Uber. Our room was spotless and well cared for, though the furnishings felt a bit dated. The rooftop pool and outdoor bar seem popular, but the bar wasn't really our thing. A quieter lobby bar would have been nice. We'll definitely come back to Mumbai.
