Hotel Red Palm

The way Red Palm Residency handled my booking was awful. I reserved through Goibibo with a confirmed booking, but when I arrived, they said the rooms were sold out and asked me to wait an hour. After I'd waited, the owner said they wouldn't honour it because Goibibo's price was “too low.” They decided they didn't like the rate and cancelled my stay, with no accountability. I asked reception politely to help sort it out, but the receptionist dismissed me, refused to help, and told me not to “disturb” him. I was left stranded with a confirmed booking after being treated like a nuisance for asking for the room I'd paid for. Goibibo had no proper contact support to resolve it, and the hotel refused to offer a refund. They'd kept me waiting for hours, then denied my booking despite the claim that rooms weren't available. They showed no concern for the inconvenience or stress they'd caused. The disrespect, lack of professionalism, and lack of empathy were shocking. I felt the staff had violated customers' trust, with no courtesy or accountability. Think twice before booking Red Palm Residency. If you value your money, time, and dignity, avoid it. Their treatment of customers makes them unworthy of your business and of operating in hospitality.

The breakfast area had plenty of tables, which was a relief after staying at hotels where we couldn't all find a place to eat and had to go elsewhere. Our room was very quiet and one of the cleanest we've ever had. We hadn't packed swimsuits, but seeing the pool and hot tub made us wish we had.

I've stayed at The Hotel Red Palms nine separate times and have never been disappointed. The rooms are clean, with comfortable beds that make it easy to get a good night's sleep. They're well equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Staff are friendly, and the breakfast has something for just about everyone.

Dust had settled everywhere in the room. The rooms were awful quality, and the hotel was extremely dirty and poorly managed. They seriously need to look at ways to improve general cleanliness. One of the worst experiences of my life.
