The breakfast was included, though the taste was average, about 7/10. The staff from reception through housekeeping were polite and helpful, and my room was clean, smelled pleasant, and had toiletries, water bottles, and good lighting. There’s enough parking. A few spaces are inside the building, and when those are full you can park outside under their CCTV supervision. I parked there and had no issues. It’s in the hotel’s designated space, not on the main road. After checking nearly 30 options online, this hotel stood out for its reviews and location. It’s close to a mosque, run by the Similars group, and located in Kurla near Dharavi. My experience matched what I expected.

There’s a front desk open for at least 24 hours in that area, which is good to have. The location isn’t great, but they’ve done what they can and are still expanding. The rooms are about what you’d expect from a 3 star. Nothing bad overall. It’s not fancy, but it works for a family looking for a decent stay.

The room felt much smaller than the 195 sq. ft. listed, and that feels like false information and a total cheat. I feel I wasted my money, and it wasn’t worth the price. The management didn’t seem to care about guests’ comfort or feedback. The photos gave a very different impression from the actual stay. The TV didn’t work, and when I told the staff, they offered no proper response or fix. There was a bad smell in the washroom, the cleanliness was poor, and the room didn’t feel fresh. This was one of my worst stays, and I strongly wouldn’t recommend the property. Check it properly before booking, and don’t be misled by the photos or fake descriptions. Never staying here again.

We stayed with colleagues and found it comfortable and quite nice. The place was very clear, fast, and reliable. The staff were genuine and humble. If you’re looking for somewhere near BKC Mumbai, this would be the right choice. Highly recommended. Thanks again.

This was my second stay. The location is decent, the rooms are clean, and the service is good.
