The rooms were clean and nice, the facilities were good, and the kitchen had basic vessels. The only downside was the lift, which I believe was the first one KONE ever invented. People in the apartment also don’t close its manual door. The home is on the 5th floor, so my family had to take the stairs a couple of times, and the lift sometimes got stuck between floors. The owners could fix these issues.

The linen and furniture were very clean and inviting, and the place was elegant and clean in a good location, in the heart of the very affluent Vile Parle east area. It’s very close to both domestic and international Airports. Check-in and housekeeping staff were prompt and courteous and gave us a good welcome. Offering a GLASS OF WATER could have made it excellent. Otherwise, no complaints. I’ll stay here again.

It’s a good place to stay, very clean, with very good service. Most things are within walking distance. The only issue was that there’s no parking on the premises, so we had to leave our vehicle outside.

My 80-year-old mom stayed here on her own for a couple of months. They took really good care of her and made sure she felt safe and comfortable.
