Landmark Asia Serviced Apartments

A peaceful, comfortable stay, and Nitesh was really helpful and made sure we had what we needed. The bedroom had a lot of mosquitoes, though, which made it hard to sleep.

The rooms were good, and the service was excellent. Nitheesh was cooperative and helpful, checking that everything was right for the stay and being available whenever we needed assistance.

Breakfast was nice, and for a short stay this was a good place. The hosts were friendly, the promised facilities were there, and the room looked much like the photos. A bit more maintenance would help: one chair had a torn backrest, and plywood was coming out near the fridge. I’d recommend it for a short visit.

The living room was my favorite part of the apartment. It looked as described in the photos, and a maid cleaned the place daily. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils, a fridge, and a microwave. The property is in Ashok Nagar, Marol, with easy access to the rest of the city and the airport. There were several problems inside, though. The living room had a pungent smell and could use room freshener. The bathroom was the most disappointing part: the sink pipe leaked, the drainer had no mesh, and the toilet flush was so weak I had to pour a bucket of water after each use. There were lots of mosquitoes despite the mosquito liquids they provided, and most window meshes had large holes and looked outdated. The linens and blankets were old and stained. The location is accessible, but the apartment is near Mithi river, which is a drainage, and there’s a garbage zone next to the building. That may not be pleasant.
