Le Sutra Hotel

I canceled the rest of my stay, and it's been 15 days without a refund. The hotel hasn't answered my emails or WhatsApp messages, so I'm now trying to escalate the matter to the relevant authorities. The staff seemed disengaged and weren't attentive or courteous. I also saw a roach in the breakfast buffet area, which was unacceptable. On my first day I ordered French toast and became extremely ill afterward. At first I didn't think the food was to blame, but the breakfast restaurant was closed the next day, which made me concerned that the food may have been spoiled. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against staying here because of the hygiene, food safety, and customer service problems.

There aren't enough stars for this place. The staff are so polite, from housekeeping and the front desk to security, and the restaurant server was great too. The omelet also showed me they do good food. The location works really well for both work and leisure. When you're in Mumbai, keep your workplace as close as you can.

The rooms were clean, the staff were great, and breakfast was decent. The shower was great and the decor was nice. It's close to Olive Bar and Kitchen and the Tanjor Tiffin Room. Street noise gets through the single-glazed windows, and the noisy AC and extractor fans make it worse. The pillows were overstuffed too.

Anjali and Vishrutha made the stay feel like home, with their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care. The staff's warmth was what made it special. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and generous, and I left feeling rested, inspired, and looked after. Le Sutra is a lovely Indian boutique hotel inspired by mythology. My room was beautiful, full of artwork and details that made it feel like stepping into a story. I adored the culture, symbolism, and creativity woven into every corner. Highly recommended, and I can't wait to return on my next Mumbai trip.
