Be careful about the deposit if you go to this PG. A man named Jagdish offers rooms to everyone and charges a lot, but I believe you'll lose your deposit when you leave. I gave a month's notice and was told I'd get the deposit after four days. Once I moved out, I called Jagdish 1000 times and got no reply. I said I'd file a police complaint, but he still didn't return my money. I transferred 26,000 rupees to Atul and didn't get a single rupee back. They are all thieves.

We keep having to follow up repeatedly to get the monthly rent. They don't stick to the commercial terms, give no proper responses, and keep making promises that aren't true, with no timeline. The project started in 2019. Since 2022, we've been told it would be completed in two or three months, but it still isn't even 60 percent complete. Similar projects started by other developers are fully finished with full OC, while we're still waiting.

The project has many loopholes and isn't progressing as promised. The RERA date is Dec 2025, yet similar projects have finished while this one is still only on the 5th Floor. Many flats are still available, and there is no proper office in the building. Check all the details to see whether the project has any issues.

The team is very professional and good. It’s an excellent project in Ghatkopar Pant Nagar.

The site seems to be moving very slowly, and I couldn't find the office at this location.
