The location was the sole good point for me. The rooms were horrible, and the breakfast buffet food was the worst I've ever seen. There are plenty of better options, and I'd avoid this place like the plague. I didn't book it myself, a friend did without much idea, basically taking a shot in the dark. It fell far below the mark.

There were cockroaches in the room, and the place felt very unhygienic and overpriced. Parking was a mess, and after somehow finding a spot, our cars had pan spit on them. Service was far too slow, and the reception staff weren't cooperative. They switched off the AC at night, so I couldn't sleep properly. A bad experience all around.

The staff were so rude that I wanted to leave at any moment. One guard, who seemed to think he owned the hotel, spoke to me very harshly. He had no manners in the way he talked to customers.

Kitchen service was excellent, and the reception was excellent as usual. Mr Rimo, Miss Madhu, Miss Wanda, and the others were always smiling. Mr Salim and Abdul at door security, along with Mr Rajendra and Mr Pappu in room service, were very helpful. Keep up the good work. See you soon.
