Mirage Hotel

During my stay at the Mirage Hotel, I accidentally left my wristwatch in the room. Housekeeping promptly reported it and returned it safely, without delay. I was deeply impressed by the staff member’s honesty and integrity. This kind of conduct reflects well on the hotel’s values and leaves guests with trust and goodwill. I barely used the hotel’s facilities because I was only there briefly. My flight to Mumbai was delayed, then my baggage went missing, so I didn’t check in until 04.00am. The reception team welcomed me and handled everything efficiently. Seeing how tired I was, they offered a free late check out, which I appreciated. The room was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and powerful air conditioning. Checking out the next day was smooth. I’d happily recommend this hotel for its location close to the airport and the kindness of the reception staff.

We arrived very early in the morning and got a warm welcome from the friendly customer service team. They upgraded our room, served a delicious buffet breakfast with a huge variety, and extended our check out time. The suite had great views, lots of space, a king bed and a massive bathroom. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it for a quick stop after the airport.

The only real plus was being close to the airport. For the price, the room was just okay, and there was no sofa. The washbasin area in the bathroom was big, but the bathing area was small and needs at least 30% more space. Management wasn’t good and kept trying to increase the bill. I was there with my wife and our 6 year old. First they insisted we take an extra bed, then, when I said it wasn’t needed, they said we’d be charged because our child was over 4. The food menu was okay, but with a small child you have to rely on outside food. Children may only like items from the breakfast menu, such as cookies and cream roll, but you’re not allowed to take those to the room. Kids need to eat frequently, so we had to buy food from outside. This was the first hotel where this happened. Some hotels even offer to give extra food for a child, but this one wouldn’t let us.
