When I asked for my money back and explained the problems, Simran stopped answering my calls and ignored my messages. That showed no accountability or professionalism from the Fab Hotels team. Before I arrived, the executive had confidently assured me the property was “very good,” but it was one of the worst I’ve seen. The actual hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like the attractive, polished photos Fab Hotels uses to bring in customers. The whole experience felt like a scam, and I’d warn others not to trust the pictures or promises.

I had the worst experience. The rooms, bathrooms, and sheets were dirty, and some guests found ants and stains. Essentials like towels and soap were missing, the ACs were broken, and there was no hot water. Staff were rude and unhelpful, sometimes aggressive or asking for tips. It felt overpriced for what was provided, and guests were sometimes misled about the services. Location and parking were issues at some hotels too, with places far from major attractions or poor parking facilities.

The staff were so rude that they made my stay miserable. This Mumbai hotel was awful, and I strongly advise against booking, especially for groups.

There wasn’t even anywhere to sit while waiting at reception, which was dirty and filthy, and there was nowhere nearby to eat or get tea or food. The room itself was dusty and dirty, with hair on the bed and pillow. They hadn’t changed the linen or pillow cover after the previous guest, and there were no fresh towels or soap. The website said breakfast was included, but none was provided. It also promised guaranteed early check-in up to 2 hours and the same for checkout, yet when I arrived early, they said it wasn’t possible. The receptionist was very rude and didn’t know how to speak to a woman. This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Avoid it at all costs or you’ll regret it.
