Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach Hotel

The staff were nice, and we especially appreciated Abhishek’s service. The hotel is right on Juhu Beach, with easy access, and breakfast was very good; restaurant service was good too. But the room and property don’t match the price. We booked the premium luxury level and found the room disappointing, and the hotel feels like a 3 star place from the lobby onward. It really needs a major update. At this price, the Marriott or Taj are significantly better.

The wedding celebrations were lovely to watch from our room, but they did mean the pool couldn’t be used when an event was on. There were at least two weddings during our stay, and the music was very loud and went on until around 12:30, which was disappointing since pool access was one reason we booked. We still had a wonderful time at Novotel Juhu. The location worked well for exploring nearby, staff were friendly and attentive, and the meals we had at the hotel were delicious. We also enjoyed a few cocktails at the bar. We brought our one-year-old, used a cot, and the huge bed was great for co-sleeping. We’d stay again.

Himani from the square restaurant was prompt and friendly. She suggested apple puree for our 7 month daughter so she’d have enough to eat, and gave us complimentary desserts on checkout day. We had a memorable stay and would love to return. Our premier ocean view room included lounge access with evening snacks. The property opens directly onto Juhu beach, which made it easy to visit when it was less crowded. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, open garden area, and the good breakfast spread.

Kajal & Mishra from housekeeping deserve a special shoutout for their steady attention to detail. My room was cleaned to a high standard every day, with fresh surroundings and crisp linens. I appreciated that they neatly arranged my personal things on the desk instead of simply shifting them around. You can tell the team takes pride in its work. I had a fantastic stay at the Novotel.
