Inside, the hotel was beautiful, though it looked average from outside. The rooms were spacious and clean, and each had a balcony with a table and two chairs. It was lovely having breakfast, lunch, or a candlelight dinner out there. The bathrooms all have a transparent glass wall. I haven't found another hotel like this in Mumbai. The staff were kind and helpful too. A pleasant stay.

From outside, the complex gave me a shady impression, but once I reached the first floor where the hotel is, it was a different story. I stayed a day. The rooms were good, clean, spacious like a 3-Star, and had no bad smell. Nothing about the room bothered me. It's nearly on the road, but tricky to spot, and Google navigation didn't help. There's no restaurant, so you'll need to sort out meals nearby. Breakfast is included in the tariff, but wasn't worth much. If you can manage food elsewhere and want a clean, spacious room, it's a good option.

The service was very good, and at this price and location it's a great hotel. Rooms are clean, though mine had a lingering cigarette smell. The entrance is hard to spot because the approach road isn't visible from the main road. They should put up a sign on the main road to show where to go.

The surroundings could be cleaner, but the staff work hard and are service minded, and the host was friendly. Breakfast was good. It's a solid budget place about 5 km from the airport, handy for a fly-and-go stop. I'd recommend it for a short stay in Mumbai.
