I booked at a discounted price, but the staff wouldn't accept it and wouldn't let me stay. The staff were really bad. Don't book here.

The location worked well for me, close to both the metro station and a hospital. The rooms were good, and the staff and service were good too.

The bathroom hadn't been cleaned before check-in, and the staff's behavior wasn't professional. They also wouldn't provide a GST bill.

Even after I explained that my booking was at a discounted price, the hotel staff wouldn't let me stay for that amount. OYO didn't give me a positive response either.
