The housekeeping staff and, to some extent, the food were the only decent parts. My daughter stayed here recently, and we found out what this girls' hostel is really like. The rooms were cramped and in poor condition, and there was no permanent warden on the premises. Rats and cockroaches showed up in the food and pantry area too. Management was rude to both the girls and their families, and didn't listen to complaints. My daughter's friends said senior management blocks email addresses and WhatsApp when people complain. Promises are often made and then ignored, while complaints can sit unattended for months. They charged different prices for the same bed, apparently based on what they thought each person could pay. I also heard housekeeping staff were treated badly, and that many girls left because the hostel was known for getting work done without paying salaries. The place seems badly run, with mostly unprofessional staff. They often hire college kids for marketing, who make promises while renting rooms and then disappear when the girls have problems. There are better options around. Don't choose this hostel.

The charges here don't seem consistent. I paid ₹5,000 more than someone staying in the same room at the same time, and nobody gave me a clear reason. They also lost clothes I'd handed over for laundry, then made excuses instead of taking responsibility. Basic repairs were a struggle too. The geyser stayed broken for days, the washbasin was always clogged, and rusted pipes caused serious water pressure problems. When I complained, staff often ignored my texts and calls. I had to keep chasing them even over small issues, and usually nothing got fixed. The management makes promises it doesn't keep and frequently lies, which feels very unprofessional. I found the management extremely irresponsible, and the hostel wasn't maintained to even basic living standards. My stay was really disappointing, and the poor upkeep, unfair pricing, and careless response made the place stressful. I wouldn't recommend it.

It's a nice base for wandering around, with restaurants and tourist attractions close by and CST station an easy walk away. The rooms are quiet and very clean, with the basic amenities. Just know that the common area is under construction, so there's nowhere to meet other people.

The service you see on your first day is completely different from what you end up living with. It's terrible. Don't pay in advance, because they don't refund you. I've been waiting over 60 days.

The room and bathroom were clean, but both were very small. The location is good, close to CSMT and the Gateway of india.
