The key cards were peeling at the edges and looked very old, which was a bad first impression. Then I opened the room and found a ketchup-like smell. Someone’s dinner and liquor bottle were still there, so it seemed they hadn’t even cleaned the room before giving it to me. I’m never going back.
Nafey at reception made check-in quick and pleasant, and deserves special thanks. The staff were professional and attentive throughout. It was an excellent stay with top-notch hospitality.
Soniya was so polite and helpful, and made sure we were comfortable. I’m really grateful for her service. The room was neat, the food was delicious, and everything seemed well managed. I had an amazing stay.
The location was the only good part. Service was poor, and the room felt too small for the high price they charge for the area. The complimentary breakfast wasn't good either. There were no fruit options, and no South Indian food.
My last stay wasn't good. For what it costs, the service and facilities just weren't there.
