The food was excellent, but that was the only good part of the stay. We came from Kerala for a training program and booked a room for me and two friends based on the ratings. Right when we arrived, the place felt shady. They charged us more for the room than the amount we had booked through OYO. Since it was night and we had no other options, we went ahead. They charged double for food, even for a bottle of water, and added 50 RS per food item if we ordered from outside. Feeling stuck, we ordered from them. At bedtime, the AC wouldn't work. A room boy blamed us for not knowing how to use it and showed us how. It switched off again after ten minutes. When we called reception, a different room boy refused to give us another room and said we could either stay there or leave. It was 11.00 PM. We complained to OYO, but they said they could only offer 50% reimbursement through the wallet. The staff were very rude, and we had stayed barely three hours. We left at midnight and had no idea where to go. Be careful if you book here, or you could end up in the same situation. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

A friend of mine is staying there now and having the worst experience. Different food was ordered, but something else entirely was served. The room is small and has no ventilation, and the hotel doesn't provide basics like clean sheets or toiletries. My friend even had to ask for a bottle of water. It isn't affiliated with OYO in the first place, offers no value for money, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, even for a short stay.

The room was cleaned perfectly, and even the bathrooms were very clean. Breakfast tastes really good, and the service from fab hotels is great. Whenever I called reception, they replied very politely and always greeted everyone staying there with morning wishes. Thanks to Ahlan international hotel for the good service from you and your staff. That's why I'm giving five stars.

The hotel looked impressive, so I didn't expect to leave this disappointed. The manager was rude and disrespectful, and the reception staff acted the same way. If visitor numbers are low, this kind of treatment may be why. Guests deserve respect and good service, and I hope the staff get proper training. Very disappointing.

A big no from me. The room and washroom were dirty, there was no proper service, and the geyser wasn't working. I even saw a cockroach walking across the bed. They also charged extra for early check-in. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
