The room was clean and much larger than I expected, and there was hot water in the bathroom. Even with the railway station nearby, I couldn't hear the trains, so it was peaceful and comfortable. The hotel felt safe and welcoming for couples. Grocery stores, a medical shop, McDonald's, and several restaurants were all within walking distance. Getting around was convenient, and the airport wasn't far away. I made a mistake in my online booking, but the staff helped right away and checked me in at 4 AM. Noor bhai also helped me a lot in the middle of the night. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it for a comfortable, hassle-free stay for couples.

The bedsheets weren't properly clean, and the metro station noise carried on all night. I stayed here in '24 and again this year. The earlier visit was acceptable, but this time they charged more for a smaller, less nice room. That's no way to treat a returning customer, so this was my last stay. Sorry, but prices went up while service went down.

For a very reasonable price, you get good service and a well-maintained hotel. It might look doubtful from the outside, but I found it to be the best-priced hotel with good services in western mumbai. It's right by the stairs at jogeshwari west station, with 24-hour water, AC, Wi-Fi, and TV.

My wife and I were treated rudely by abusive staff who misbehaved with us. I found the place horrible and would never go back. It didn't feel safe for girls or women.
