OYO 9327 Royce Executive

There’s a huge truck parked in front of the hotel gate every morning, and the building is right on the road. The rooms and beds are small, the washrooms are dirty, and service is painfully slow. Toilets seats are bolted, and there were no tissues or bath towels. When I asked reception for anything, they rudely said no straight to my face. I’d give the service a negative score if I could.

Getting around was convenient, especially for nearby offices and the consulate area. My room at Hotel Royce Executive was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and the staff were polite and quick to help. It was an easy, pleasant stay, and I’d happily book here again when I’m in Mumbai.

For what they charge, this place isn't acceptable. I couldn't sleep properly because the room was dirty, the linens were unclean, and mosquitoes were everywhere. They didn't even provide complimentary drinking water. The online photos give a misleading impression, so I'd save the money and stay somewhere else.

This felt more like rooms carved out of a godown than a hotel. There’s no lift or room service, and the bathroom is cramped. We had to go down to reception to ask for water and towels. A really miserable place to stay.
