After check-in, there was nothing you could do. The room was cramped and dirty, and even the water tap was broken. I asked the hotelier, Mr Ramjan, several times to change my room, but he refused. I felt helpless, and the staff were very rude. The service was the worst I’ve had at any OYO property. I’ll never recommend this hotel in Mumbai or give them another chance to host me.

The rooms were dirty, the sheets weren’t changed, and there were more cockroaches than I could imagine. I also found the people staying there suspicious. FAB wouldn’t pick up the phone after taking the advance, and the hotel owner said they didn’t know FAB, who had already made their money. They don’t provide a GST bill either. Better to use another service.

The price was far too high for what we got. The room wasn’t clean, there were cockroaches everywhere, the bed was broken on one side, and the AC dripped. Staff were very rude and had no decency in the way they spoke to customers. Honestly, it was a waste of money and not worth it at all.

Even with a confirmed booking, the receptionist asks you to book offline. If you refuse, they say they’ve cancelled all their listings and won’t provide any rooms for the next three months. They’re listed on many sites through Qwksta, Agoda, and others. One of the worst hotels in Mumbai. Zero stars.
