At Sea Lounge, breakfast service seemed poorly organized for the number of guests. Staff didn’t appear sufficiently trained for the busy period, and the service lacked the speed and attention I’d expect. Although there were various dishes, their quality and presentation didn’t meet the standard I expected from a hotel in this class. Several staff members repeatedly tried to obtain tips in a way that felt inappropriate and out of line with the service expected at this kind of hotel. It affected the comfort and professionalism of the stay. The hotel has potential, but the experience fell short. Better staff training, service culture, and dining quality would make a real difference.

A quiet little find, with a lovely breeze in the outdoor area and really good coffee. The staff were courteous too. Just watch your biscuits around the crows, one made off with mine, haha.

Everyone around the property made us feel at home, from security and housekeeping to the gardeners. We had a wonderful eight days at Taj Wellington Mews, and the place was genuinely luxurious and welcoming to pets. Alfie was spoiled with toys, and housekeeping made sure his meals arrived on time. Namira, Gauri, and Rupali took such good care of us, and Shailesh at the front desk made check-in easy and stayed helpful throughout. Comfortable for people and pets alike. Highly recommend it.

The farewell gestures were just as lovely as the welcome, and the thoughtful surprises and warm hospitality went well beyond what I expected. Taj never lets me down. Don't be taken in by fake negative reviews. It's well worth a visit and will stay at the top of my recommendations.
