The summit hall on the 5 floor was luxurious and could easily fit 300 people. The washrooms are outside the hall, though, and that was a little inconvenient because the stage faced the door to the passage where they are. The dining area was separated from the hall by translucent glass and a door. I was at the Beatle Hotel for a two day professional event, and it went quite well. The Powai location is quiet, away from the busy road, and the premises are well kept. The receptionists were helpful with questions. We ate at Rhythm, where the meals were delicious. The space felt small, but worked for a 50-60 person celebration.

Our group dinner booking at Fame Garden Powai was confirmed as à la carte after we discussed everything clearly over calls and WhatsApp. Then, only 3 days before the event, they casually cancelled, saying a “bigger group” was better business. There was no proper call, apology, or accountability. Afterward they blamed me for not paying an advance, even though nobody had asked for one when confirming. If they need an advance, they should say so clearly, not bring it up after cancelling for a more profitable booking. The manager's attitude was shockingly careless and unprofessional. Confirmed reservations seem to mean nothing if someone else will pay more. Absolutely disgraceful experience. Negative Star rating!

The rooms, amenities, and food were fine, but my check-in left a very bad impression. The lady at reception was arrogant and showed us no respect or basic courtesy. That kind of behavior isn't acceptable in hospitality. Management should seriously address staff behavior, since first impressions matter.

The food was good, but very expensive. Breakfast alone was 1500+taxes per person. For the amount they charge and the location, I expected better attention from the staff. Nobody offered to help carry my luggage, either up or down, or to the car, and the staff seemed in their own world even when a customer was waiting. They should realize the guests paying these rates are premium clients, not any roadside guy. They also didn't provide the king size bed I had requested. The location is the only real plus for me. There's not much else that would bring me back.

I had booked a deluxe room for 3 nights through my company, and was upgraded to a suite free of cost. When I asked to extend by a day at a discounted rate, they immediately said I would have to move to a deluxe room because I was paying much less and couldn't stay in the suite. The room-change request came after I'd already left for work. I found this obnoxious behavior for a service business, especially after the free upgrade, which seemed to be because they could fleece more. I'll think twice before choosing Beatles for my usual corporate visit.
