The staff were honest, helpful, and good with customer service. When there was a problem with our room, they found a way to accommodate us. The location is convenient too, within walking distance of Andheri metro, markets, and restaurants. I felt safe, and there’s room service and a kitchen. The rooms are incredibly small. We booked a triple, and once the three of us and our luggage were in, there was barely room to walk. We visited during the rainy season, when the walls got wet and the air felt humid all the time. In the first room, a lot of rainwater dripped in, taking up even more of the little usable space. The Wi-Fi in the second room only worked on my phone near the door, and the rooms aren’t soundproof, so I could hear the neighboring TV, though they thankfully turned it off before late night. I wouldn’t recommend staying here in rainy season. In dry weather it’s okay, with good value for money and good staff.

The room was smaller than I expected, and the paint on the walls was in bad shape. Once the lights were off, the cockroaches seemed to have a party.

Some rooms are in worse shape than others, but they can move you depending on availability. The hotel is friendly to couples, visitors, and LGBT guests, and the staff didn’t judge or make things difficult. The entrance is inside, and the lift sometimes wasn’t working. Still, compared with other hotels, the stay was hassle-free and I had a good time. I’d visit again.

Please don’t stay here. We booked online last week, but the receptionist was rude and tried to make us cancel that booking and book directly, even though he knew we couldn’t get a refund. When I refused, he put us in a very dirty room meant for hotel workers. The AC didn’t work, there was no TV, the bedsheet was filthy, and the tiles were broken. When I asked to change rooms, he rudely told us to cancel if we weren’t happy. I complained to the online booking portal, and they acted quickly. After that, the hotel changed our room. These people were creepy, and couples should avoid the place. It’ll spoil your mood.
