The Byke Delotel Borivali Hotel

The staff were courteous, responsive, and helpful with our requests, and check-in and checkout were smooth. I stayed here in Borivali on a business trip with a friend. The location was convenient for work in Borivali and nearby areas, and the rooms were well equipped for a short stay. It's a practical, accessible, reasonably priced option for business travel. Housekeeping could improve a little, though.

The food is a real highlight. The Byke Delotel serves fresh, flavorful vegetarian meals, from homely jeera aloo with tawa chapati to Chinese favorites like fried rice and Hakka noodles, plus Punjabi dishes. We've stayed here 3-4 times, and it has generally been quiet, clean, and peaceful. The rooms are spacious, well maintained, and calming. Still, used room service dishes can sit outside until the next morning, which is inconvenient. On our last visit, I had a skin allergy from dust mites, possibly because the bedding hadn't been changed. That's disappointing and concerning. I don't know how Byke Delotel can solve it, since it's a challenge for every hotel. Heavy blankets can't be cleaned every day, but perhaps every 7 or 14 days. I'd take off one star because of those issues. Even so, with the peaceful setting, spacious rooms, and delicious food, The Byke Delotel remains a reliable choice for vegetarian travelers in Borivali,Mumbai.

We didn't try the food since there are lots of good eating places nearby. The hotel's location in Borivali West is convenient, and the rooms are neat, well maintained, and thoughtfully laid out for a cozy, relaxing stay. The surroundings are well kept, and the washrooms are hygienic and spotless. Courteous, attentive staff provide prompt service. It's a good fit for a short or overnight visit, with a comfortable stay and convenient access. A place worth recommending and revisiting, especially for special occasions.

Mr. Kunal Bhoir was especially helpful and cooperative. He paid attention to what we needed and made sure it was handled efficiently, so the event ran smoothly and without stress. We recently held our company event at Hotel Byke Delotel, Borivali. The ambience impressed us, the banquet arrangements were well organized, and the food was outstanding in both quality and taste. Everything was managed professionally. Highly recommended for corporate events, business gatherings, or celebrations. We look forward to hosting more events here.
