Treebo Anam International

At Treebo Anam International, our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and available whenever we needed help, and their quick response and round-the-clock service kept everything smooth and enjoyable. We had a nice stay and would recommend the place.

The staff were the highlight for me. They responded quickly whenever we called, and having help available 24/7 made things easy. Our room was spacious and kept in good shape, so we had a really pleasant stay at Treebo Anam International.

I wouldn’t stay here again. The rooms were dirty, there were cockroaches, and the service was awful. We paid ₹4000 a night including breakfast, but got very little choice: aloo paratha and bread butter one morning, then only puri and aloo bhaji the next. The breakfast and hygiene were nowhere near what that price should get you. We were travelling with our 1.5-year-old baby and couldn’t change hotels, so we extended one night. The first replacement room was small and unclean; we paid ₹4500 for a bigger one, which was only slightly better and still poor value. I’d stayed here in December 2024 and had found the room clean and the service decent. This time the reception manager was rude and kept calling after us about the 11 AM checkout, even before 9 AM. He also kept pressing us to pay cash, though I’d said I would pay online and we’d already given ₹1000 in advance. He told us, “Madam, payment kardo, main aapka wait kar raha tha.” After paying the full amount at checkout, I asked for a bill. First he gave me a handwritten one, then said a printed GST bill would require an extra GST charge. With my train at 12 PM and the time already 11 AM, I couldn’t argue, so I asked for an ordinary printed bill instead. That took another 10 minutes. The hotel was almost empty, with only 2-3 rooms occupied, and I can see why. For ₹4000–₹4500 a night, I expected cleanliness, comfort, and courtesy. This place is overpriced and not worth even one star. If I could, I’d rate it 0/5. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Mr Alam was so gentle and helpful, and I’m grateful for all his support. I’d assumed people in Mumbai were cunning and unhelpful, but he changed my mind. The stay itself was wonderful and really comfortable.
