Treebo Atithi Inn

The staff were helpful, and the restaurant opposite the hotel was the one good part. The rooms and lobby, though, are very cramped. Room service costs double the actual price.

The rooms are okay, and it’s nice that you can order food from outside. A nice hotel.

The bathroom had mosquitoes, which made me worry about hygiene, and the rooms were so cramped that the stay was uncomfortable. When we asked for another blanket, staff said none was available. They also seemed unresponsive and unhelpful with our requests. I wouldn’t recommend it if you want a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

We left after just one breakfast because my husband had stomach trouble after eating it. Treebo and Agoda haven’t replied to my emails or calls about a refund for the unused services. If they do, I’ll update this review. Wish me luck. We’d booked Treebo Atithi Inn through Agoda and paid all three nights in advance. The hotel is down a dirty lane, and cockroaches on the stairs to the first floor gave us a bad impression before we even got to Room no 101. Inside, the steel chair and dustbin were rusty, and the toilet flush leaked. There’s no restaurant of its own, just a local restaurant on the ground floor.
