FabExpress seems to listen to complaints without fixing them, and management simply doesn't care. My stay was horrible: a small, dirty room, cockroaches everywhere, a smelly bathroom, and no sense of cleanliness.

The room is close to NESCO, and otherwise things were good. But hygiene in the rooms could be better, and at 3k, they're definitely not worth the price.

We left within 10 hours of a five-day booking because the conditions were unacceptable. Staff showed no urgency or willingness to help after we raised the problems. For the price, it was nowhere near value for money and unsuitable for families or anyone expecting basic cleanliness and comfort. At check-in, Hotel Ambercorp's real condition looked nothing like the online pictures and felt misrepresented. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with dust on furniture, stained linens, and an unpleasant smell. The washroom had broken fittings, leaky taps, and outdated fixtures that suggested long-term neglect. Corridors and common areas were dim, smelly, and unhygienic, making the property feel unsafe. I contacted FabHotels support. Beyond a standard apology, no concrete action or refund for the unused four nights has been provided so far. I hope the hotel management and FabHotels team address this and stop guests being misled by inaccurate listings or facing such poor standards.

FabExpress support acknowledged the problem but never acted. The stay was far below expectations: the room lacked cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance, and cockroaches and dirty linen made it uncomfortable.
