I’d rate it 1/10. The rooms weren’t clean, the washrooms weren’t good, and the location wasn’t good either. Don’t choose this hotel for a stay.

We were three people and enjoyed our stay. The complimentary breakfast was really good, and I liked the hospitality and the place. Near Marol Military Road, the hotel made me feel a little weird at first, but I was quite happy once I saw the rooms.

The rooms are dingy and have no ventilation. After the monsoon, the ground-floor rooms all have millipedes. I switched rooms twice, and both had the same problem. The bathroom switchgear is exposed and feels very unreliable.

The staff were very kind and helpful, and the kitchen service was clean. Breakfast was fine, with great service for it, but the room condition and noise left me disappointed. The air conditioner made a strange sound, the fan was noisy, and people nearby talked loudly, so I barely slept. The online photos and videos didn’t match what I found. The price later went up a lot, to around 250 rmb per night, and I don’t think the property is worth that. You can get a better hotel for that price.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with nice, clean beds. The bathrooms are great too, and the service is good. Must-stay hotel.
