We celebrated my birthday here, and I'd come back for another special occasion or a family meal. The restaurant looks beautiful, with a lovely ambience, and the food was delicious. Staff were courteous, accommodating, and helpful.

I've stayed at The Paradise by Tunga several times and would happily return on my next trip to Mumbai. Its location near the airport is great, and after trying quite a few hotels in India, I found this one among the best value for money. The staff are very friendly and bring water or other necessities to the room free of charge when asked. The rooms aren't all equally new, though renovations seem to be changing that. My older room was very clean and up to standard, but could use some refurbishing. The newer room felt fit for a 4 star hotel. The AC worked well, and the rooms were always clean.

There are two restaurants here, and breakfast had a nice spread of tasty, healthy choices. Food options were great. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location is handy, right by a main road, so it's easy to hail a cab. I strongly recommend this hotel for a Mumbai stay.

Dust was everywhere during the renovation, and we had to use a service lift from the kitchen. All night, there was a floor-hitting noise. Even after several requests and complaints to the front desk, work went on until midnight. The restaurant food was very, very bad, and the staff weren't courteous. The whole hotel was under renovation and wasn't fit to rent, even for free. I don't recommend staying here.

We found a white hair in the lasagna we ordered. When we told the staff, they acted like finding a hair in a dish was normal. They just nodded and walked away instead of even apologizing. I'm very disappointed. It ruined my sister's birthday dinner. 🤢
