There are plenty of eateries and shops nearby, and the area is generally quiet. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with enough wardrobe space for two people and a security locker. The helper was supportive and helpful. The location is close to the airport and business hubs like Bandra Kurla Complex, but getting there through the very narrow lane is inconvenient. Service needs work. One morning there was a water supply problem and many guests couldn't use the bathrooms. There's only one helper at a time, so service can be slow and limited. Bathroom locks and other fittings were broken or didn't work, and there's no food room service. Fab Hotel customer support was unhelpful in all my interactions. For the service you get, it feels overpriced.

After we'd checked in, the hotel management told us to leave. It was humiliating and unacceptable, and neither the hotel nor FabHotels helped us when we were stranded. This isn't how a professional hotel operates. Don't book this property if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

We arrived early and checked in through FabHotels, but after letting us inside, the hotel management suddenly told us to leave. We were left with our luggage and nowhere to go, with no explanation, alternative arrangement, or support. FabHotels support was useless, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. Absolutely horrible experience, with zero respect for guests. Avoid at all costs.

Once we'd arrived after confirming our FabHotels booking, the property suddenly refused to let us stay and made us leave. There was no help or refund support on the spot. The hotel and FabHotels clearly weren't coordinated, and management seemed not to care once payment was made. The worst hospitality experience I've ever had.
